Please read carefully. All collars are handmade to order. All sizes can be custom fit to half size less or more. In your payment window, you are asked to give your email and phone number, this is so the artist who is custom-making your collar, can make sure of the exact size. Please refer to the chart below when measuring for the collar. In the drop-down menu of the Paypal shopping cart, you will choose the "size range" your dog fits in and then will be contacted by your preferred method of communication within 24 hours by the artisan, to get your dogs' exact measurements. Please message us here, if you have a smaller dog that fits outside these sizes and you would like a special order collar made. 

In the shopping cart, you will have a choice to purchase just the tag. Also, it's very important to keep in mind that if you're purchasing more than one item, please choose the FLAT RATE priority shipping. Because these collars are made to order and the post office may be having delays, at this time, it can take 1-2 weeks for your collar to be made and shipped. Please order in ample time, especially if you need an item for a special occasion and/or holiday shopping.
